7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities or purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other dangerous driving. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle must be used only for its intended purpose, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Driving beyond the agreed geographical area without prior authorization is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Cap
