Rental Terms
All vehicle rentals at Euston Station come with a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or when collecting your vehicle. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your obligations related to the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.
Eligibility Criteria
Renting a vehicle at Euston Station requires:
- To hire a vehicle from Euston Station, drivers must be at least 21 years old. Note that age restrictions may differ based on the vehicle type, and additional fees may apply for those under 25. A valid driving licence, appropriate for the vehicle category, is required, along with proof of identity and current address. Valid payment details and a security deposit must also be provided, along with any other conditions stated in the Rental Agreement.
Booking and Payments
- Reservations can be arranged via our website, by telephone, or directly at our Euston Station location. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The remaining balance, along with a security deposit, is generally payable upon collecting your vehicle. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment processors.
4. Car Pickup and Drop-off
- At Euston Station, it is your responsibility to conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle upon collection, and to report any pre-existing damage without delay. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed as part of the process. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was collected, taking normal wear and tear into account. Any new damage will be evaluated and charges will apply accordingly. Please return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as at collection; refueling fees will be imposed if it is returned with less fuel. Late returns may result in additional charges, so please inform us promptly if you expect to return the vehicle late. You are liable for any parking fines, traffic violations, or charges incurred during your rental, along with an administrative fee.
Insurance and Liability Terms
- All rentals at Euston Station include basic third-party insurance coverage. For specifics on coverage and any applicable excess amounts, please refer to your Rental Agreement. Additional insurance options may be available to lower your financial liability. It's advisable to review these options thoroughly. You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the excess amount unless you opt for supplementary insurance. Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms remains your responsibility, irrespective of insurance coverage.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice provided. For precise details, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Late cancellations or failure to show may incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Your Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or similar high-risk behaviors is not allowed. Transporting hazardous materials is strictly forbidden. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is against policy. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. The vehicle must not be used for purposes it was not intended for, and passengers must not exceed the specified limits. Operating the vehicle outside the agreed geographical area without prior approval is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire at Euston Station is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our overall liability for any claims is capped at the total rental amount paid in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in this region.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
